Story of my life I've been saving forever and was going to buy a gt350 so... I think I'd rather wait until one comes. I still have a mustang so it's not the end of the world!

July and November! Those are the 2 biggest months that Chevy applies their incentives for 19's, to start making room for 20's. You're right there. By mid July I think you'll see a different market on these cars.

I've been following this closely. I'm not in the market for new, but I am looking for a 17 or 18 ZL1. Once new cars become heavily incentivized, pre-owned have to follow suit in order to sell.

I got my loaded almost $70K A10 ZL1 for $61K with just a few incentives and a lot of haggling. I also had to take a train about 300 miles to pick it up. But op be wary about the ZL1 residual Value crash. My ZL1 a little over a year old is for sale now and even at $52k no one is interested. The GT500 and Chevy huge discounts have torched the ZL1 resale. I think a few ZL1s have changed hands in the high $40Ks. One of the best cars in the world to drive however, so it's worth it. Probably.

Yeah I know the resale stings a little, same as the gt350 though. It sure is annoying, I can buy any gt350 I want in any color new/used easy. Heaven forbid I can find a red hot zl1 lol. I think part of my problem is not wanting the sunroof or manual.

If you can get a brand new fully loaded ZL1 with A10 and sunroof for mid $60K or even low $60K then you got a good deal as far as I'm concerned. If you're willing to sacrifice, then you might be able to find leftover ZL1s that have the M6 trans and do not have PDR, Nav, or any other add-on options for high $50K. But don't expect to find what people are claiming. Even if they did so happen to luck out it was probably a once in a lifetime thing.
Yep, totally agree

For some holding out for the "deal of a lifetime" I can hardly wait to see the "great deal" you actually end up getting. But please, don't complain when it comes time to sell your car and you can't get what you want for it! IMHO, this is the best car I have ever owned and well worth the MSRP and the seat time I have invested.

I have been watching the market closely also. I am not seeing the deals I had been. Looked at a very nice 2017 charcoal gray at MPLS dealer last month. 1401 miles on it. No hole in the roof. They offered to me at 52k and that was grand below internet price. I decided to wait for a manual. The car was gone in about 2 weeks. The owner traded it in for a new SS.

Kramer, have you searched down in the southeastern part of the country? I bet you could find what you are looking for down here.
