The outside pipes are perforated, not solid, so some of the exhaust enters the muffler from them as well. Also, the npp exhaust is under 90db tock, and CVA allows 95, so no problems there either.

It sure sounded louder than that to me when I still had it on my car, I didn't like the straight piped sound it had so I put an AWE Touring cat back on it.

On edit: I just noticed that chart says State: PA (don't know where county #10 is) I can't remember anyone getting a noise ticket in the last 30 years or more. Now we both know that shitty state isn’t deporting anyone . Best advice OP is to just leave the state .
