Full 1LE suspension, with BMR adjustable sway bars and links, GM aluminum cradle bushings, Hurst shifter with lighter reverse spring, TWM shifter knob, Tick level 1 transmission. I should have bought a ZL1

Think it could be timing related in the tune? Jannetty Racing is my tuner.

I have a M6 SS with CAI, Long Tubes, Ported IM, Ported TB and its 85* here. When I first start the car...its idle hangs around 1100, if I try to drive it before the motor warms up it bucks and surges for the first 30 seconds.

But if I let it warm up...its good to go.

Any ideas on that?

Do you have a tune? If you do I’d let your tuner fix that. I would also check and see if any spark plug boots are disconnected or not on tight. Another thing id do is check and see if the headers burned any wires because it gets hot as shit under the hood with headers especially when it’s 85 outside.

Jannetty Racing Tuned my car via email data logs, I used SCT Tuner to import.

I changed out all wires with MSD wires and shielding boots, everything is tight from what I can gather. I did go one step colder on plugs, NGK (6509) LTR6IX-11 Iridium IX.

That might be why. Try stock ones! Some dudes had issues with those.

Going to order some AC Delco 41-114 Stock plugs, it'll take about 10 days to get them.

Yes, but since I live in Guam they charge a small fee of your arm, leg, and first born. Like no joke my Napa here wants $15 per plug....yes $15 per plug. I can order a set of 8 off amazon or eBay from an authorized detailer for $40.

Got the new Stock Acdelco 41-114 plugs back in the car. I don’t know if it’s a placebo or not but the car felt stronger, rev match seems better, car warm up took a little less too.

I’ll post an update in a few days after driving. Hopefully this was it.
