Unfortunately the is the new norm. Claim offense, be the victim and demand justice that far exceeds the offense without proof of offense, vague unsubstantiated or uncollaborated evidence.

How could this not be proof? Manager told him that the car didn't leave the lot. But he has an app that tracks the car location and it shows it went out for a 10 minute drive.

It may not be accurate on the acceleration or hard braking but why did the car need to go out for a test drive if it was only in for an oil change?

Though I wouldn't claim abuse and a thread on a forum about it. I'd still ask why was my car taken out for a test drive when all it needed was an oil change. And show them the proof.

With all the bitching and complaining I see on this forum about dealer experiences and the latest small scratch on members cars in a parking lot, I’m surprised to see the mob mentality on this one against the OP. I’d be willing to bet dollars to donuts that if anyone of you got this report from OnStar you would be on this site raising hell. People are just as “triggered” about this guys post as he allegedly is about the abusive driving by the dealership.
