Thanks, it cold out side and did not feel like hunting around, since the manfactures like to hide them in all places. I don't have track mode with a V6 that I know of...

Ok, I'm not sure about that. I have the 2SS. They have (in this order down) Touring, Sport, Track, Snow/Ice Modes.

I use a ph neutral car wash like Adams Car Shampoo first and foremost. Then I make sure to always keep them wet when washing and dry them off first. Adams matte detailed spray works great on them. I wouldn’t use a touch carwash on them. And touchless will damage them over time due to the extra chemicals in the soap used in touchless washes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I do have the factory splash guards. They are small but I like the appearance and they do help some. The F51 fuse pull for the NPP has been debated quite a bit. It’s a 50/50 like Heath mentioned. I did the fuse pull because even in track mode the software for the NPP does feather the valves still. With the fuse pulled it’s the same as track mode with no feathering. I dug through my pics to find a front and rear pic of the splash guards. ![]() ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The fuse box
The 51 is in the middle of the pic the 2nd row 2nd from the right. The blue. If you pull the fuse the flaps are always open. In track mode the flaps are closing during city speed at least here in EU that results also in a power loss at WOT.

I would love to admit I was wrong with proof that the NPP valves do close when in Track Mode. I can't tell a difference with the fuse in or pulled, no sarcasm intended.
Al O. or somebody in his circle or a video of the valves operating while driving in track mode would set me straight. I like real science, trying to prove my theory wrong myself. Not take it as gospel and repeat it. Sorry for the rant. Heath

These are supposed to be good. You can buy a replacement or send yours in to have it done. On sale right now. I don't have one yet so I can't say how good they are. https://www.mamomotorsports.com/gall...LT1-p123710963
