I think Gm needs to be rewarding us some $$$$ for this problem

Don't hold your breath, that will never happen. We will be lucky for a solid fix in the next couple of months, but even that I am not overly confident about.

Curious to know who will be one of the first to take their car in for the "fix" when it becomes available. I am not going to be the guinea pig/test rat again, I did that when I was one of the first to get a 6th gen 3 years ago! LOL!

I will. The flush didn't fix mine and I'm sick of it. Sign me up.

if the "fix" truly is what it takes to fix it, i.e. new converter, proper fluid, and tune out the slip tables, I'll be taking mine in whether it's exhibiting the problem again or not.

I'm in because I love my 2018 Camaro SS and don't want to go to the ZL1 cause I don't need 650HP. I can kill myself with the 450HP I have.

So what happens if your torque convert is actually damaged... a fluid flush is not going to fix it...

I am done with this shit. I am getting a programmed TCM from HP Tuners when they get some more in stock and putting in another converter. GM ain't serious about fixing this problem. They can all eat a bag of dicks and choke to death on the last one.

what if this new "fix" is more than a fluid change?
Maybe something else in the service procedure that actually includes some sort of programming? any who, it still doesn't convince me. I had 2 flushes done and I have the hard shifts and delayed shifts after the second flush.

It doesn't state that it is anything more than just fluid. I guess we will see but I doubt it would be anything more than just another bullshit fluid change.

I still can't believe that after all the years of problems across multiple platforms, this is what we get.

seems like it'll be the same as the rear diff fix. the first flush used the Mobil 1 LV ATF, if this is a newer version of it, kinda sounds like theyre just adding more of the catalyst (no pun intended due to screen names) that prevents slippage.
