Why can't Chevy offer the Camaro TO model. Like this Vega Tent Option.

1. There are 4 windows and 4 buttons. So, why not have one button for each window (like the 5th Gen and most every other car) rather than the 2 buttons for selecting front or rear and 2 for right or left. Seems like a the old way would be much better to keep.

2. Make the buttons and icons along the center of the dash a little larger and the lights a little brighter. It is real difficult to see them and one needs to take their eyes off the road to locate the one they want.

3. Go back to the strap on the back outside of the seats for holding the seat belt towards the front of the seat. The way it is now if you don't put the belt on before you close the door the buckle has a tendency to rub on the door panel or the side of the seat which, I think, will lead to a premature wearing of those surfaces.

4. Put in a "smart" cruise control like most other high end vehicles have. I know that many people that buy these cars don't care for these convenience items, but I think that there are enough that would like them to at least offer that as an option.

5. How much more would it cost to have a light in the glove compartment?

Would like to see more color options with better high end metallic paint and clear coat protection as an option. Other than that, my ZL1 is PERFECT!

Want a hatchback, buy a hatchback, leave the Camaro alone.
Ummmm... Hatchbacks are already part of Camaro's heritage.

Here in the New England, where Mustangs far outnumber Camaros, I think the Camaro would sell better if it had these features available on Mustangs:

1) All season tires are the baseline even on V8.
2) Limited slip differential is standard with all transmission and engine combinations.
3) A spare tire is optional with baseline brakes for both V8 and I4 engines.

I think many buyers realize that the Camaro is not a practical daily car in Winter. Most SS owners I know put their Camaros away for the winter. And you can see the few open diff V6 cars that are out and about in winter failing to get up sloped streets. They are usually owned by kids who spent all their money on that baseline Camaro and now have trouble getting to work or school.

All M6 Camaros have an LSD regardless of trim I believe. I live in Massachusetts - I DD all year around. Just switch to winter tires in the winter.

That's the owners deciding not to put appropriate tires on the car, not the lack of LSD.

In this case, traction control will be about as effective as a LSD, maybe moreso depending on the LSD in question and the available traction.

Well the rumored Mid Engine Corvette engines are DOHC, Cadillac's new performance engine is DOHC. So following those bread crumbs, it looks like GM performance vehicles will all be DOHC in the near future.
