Dapper Dan throwing down 10.20's with a P1X.
Dan was kind enough to bring me his P1X 17' 1SS for some work. The blower was already on it. We swapped to a 3.70" pulley, installed a complete LT4 fuel system, Alky Control meth kit, and CA delete pipes, Circle D 3D. Car is otherwise stock. Today we got it to the track but had traction issues. There was a nasty head wind keeping our MPH down. Other than that, car did well. Full weight.

Which tires were you running? Did the cam get upgraded with the fuel system or running on the stock cam?
How much boost were you pushing? Really great results, Pray. . .as usual.

We didn't get a chance to put the ZR1 MAP in it. Thanks. It had a 9 in it today without a doubt had it hooked and not been running into the wind. But I was only asked to get it to 10.50's. It is what it is. No complaints on this end. |

The 1.5 60ft is terrible. We should have been 1.40-1.43 all day long. He is running M&H DR's on 17" Race Stars. The 305 Mickey R or Hoosiers are a much better tire.

Thanks guys.
I wasn't gonna mention the trans but that thing showed up with issues. I did what I could with it. We were at 16*-17* on the dyno. I pulled 2* out at the track since the ECT's and IAT's were a bit higher than we saw on the dyno. |
