Thank you again everyone!
So the spoiler mounts are not made out of metal?

Why would they be? They're a complex shape that is better made from composites. Even the factory piece sits on composite stanchions.

Im not an engineer, and I trust the experts if the composite mounts C7 makes are in fact superior in design to the cnc ones then cool. I was just asking for clarification considering the design has shifted from cnc'd mounts to composite for the sake of price. If there is an advantage to metal mounts Id rather pay extra for them if necessary than saving a few bucks.

At the moment, we just the Carbon Fiber option listed on our online store. The fiberglass option will be available in our online store once we have the spoiler in production.

Let us know how we can help

Still curious about 5th Gen mounts. An what kind of down force does this create therefore transmitting into the deck lid?

I just hope I have mine before February lol. I go over seas for several months. Had mine on order since October when they became available for preorder. Companies should wait till they are closer to production before getting everyone work up. By the time the stuff finally comes out people talk themselves out of it. Lol

We apologize the pictures aren't the best as we are currently expanding our factory and in our shipping / design building we have temporarily setup some paint and detail work.

So here is the GREAT news that everyone has been waiting for!

We went through about 3 or 4 support designs so we could find the best looking and most affordable way to keep the costs down on this spoiler. The machining & metal fabricated support costs were too expensive, so we decided to widen the supports just a little bit so we could build them with composites and have enough clearance to integrate aluminum plates inside the spoiler.

Intro Pricing:

- Carbon Fiber main wing with gloss black supports $799 + S/H Projected to be $74

- Gloss black main wing with gloss black supports $699 + S/H Projected to be $74

- Fiberglass main wing with fiberglass supports $599 + S/H Projected to be $74

** Carbon Fiber and Gloss black option spoilers will be offered with Gloss black supports, and fiberglass will come with non painted supports in primer finish just like the main spoiler. **

We are expecting the first production units late Jan. due to the upcoming holidays.

Is this spolier supposed to be an exact replica of the zl1 1le spolier? im looking at the oem spolier compared to this one and the ends of the oem are straight following the body lines of the quarter panel. In the pixs u provided, it seems to slope downwards, can u pls send a better side profile, thanks , looks awesome though.

Is that a screw on the support that goes into the wing to secure it?
