Like I said earlier, I genuinely peg you as a nice guy with good intentions from my interactions with you over the past few months and I'll be happy to give you the benefit of the doubt here. It seems like A LOT of shit just happened that was all out of your control.

I simply felt I should at least post my experiences for the sake of transparency and courtesy to our forum members as this thread was already rolling. I tried to make it clear a couple of times that you had offered me a refund multiple times and were not sitting on my money but just having trouble getting the product made properly.

I appreciate the discount that was offered to me due to the long wait and hope you can get all the internal workings of your company settled as you really do have one of the best pools of cosmetic parts available for the 6th Gen platform that I have seen.

You don’t got it. You finally shipped the part after I told you I bought elsewhere!!!! You finally shipped the part after telling me 3 different times “it’s shipping this week”. You finally shipped the part after giving me a bogus Fedex number.

So everyone is clear, parts were ordered October 12th. I expected 4-6 weeks to receive. Looks like they will get here Dec 21st.

Please email me a return shipping label as I am not going to pay the return shipping.

I don't know but i would be pretty pissed off if my invoice with my address/personal info was put up on the forums for everyone to see. Nice to make a point but not in that fashion IMO. I have ordered from you guys before and waited very, very long for a pre-ordered 6LE blade spoiler. 3 months after pre-order and bunch of emails asking whats the story as ETA went out the window with excuses. I did get it delivered eventually and kinda funny the pre-order (special price) was released to everyone after they were available... LOL Sometimes all it takes is a little bad taste in your mouth to feel the way you do about a company and i don't blame the consumer. Obviously here in this thread there are a few frustrated and see you felt the need to speak your mind but would have been better off in private and then let others re-post here about there response experience.

I asked him to remove my wifes information, thats not cool. Even if we are mad at each other, dont post my wifes name, address, and cell! Thats not good. Mark please edit the post just to remove that info, please.

Just kidding. But really, I see his point in trying to prove his case but you can’t be putting peoples personal info on there regardless.
