TSB 33110
I'm curious how many LT, V6, A8 owners have had the 33110 service update, and if so what differences you may have noticed.
Any problems noticed, etc. Thanks for the feedback.

In that case I did.
Differences are the three modes are definately more distinct. Seems the modes in parts kinda overlapped functions. Now sport mode is def sport. Touring has a laid back feel, especially at speed. It'll drop below 1700rpm at highway speeds far quicker then it used to. Snow and ice mode...def has that turtle feel. Overall the driveability just has become more pronounced per mode

Mine is getting done as I type this. The service writer called it a recall. Not sure if his terminology was correct, but those were his words.

Do you guys know if the 2017's are affected by this or if it's just a '16 issue? Thanks!

2017 A8's were not affected by this. To my knowledge it only affected the 2016 A8 V6 and SS not the I4's as they were made a little later in the production year, I could be misinformed on that one though. I can say my 3 modes feel exactly as described by those who have had the reflash done from day one.
