Looks like I hit that nail on the head.
My setup with just 10psi wanted a lot more fuel going from a 95 tb / standard RF to 103/BG combo. If it wants more fuel, then it's making more power. For example, When I first did the Whipple with 8 psi pulley, cat delete pipes, LPE HPFP, LT4 injectors, LT5 tb, RF standard. It made 600whp and would run Full E(82%). When I switched to 3.375 pulley(9psi), I had to drop to E70. Then I did Big Gulp/103 and was limited to E45. So, I had to drop E content 25% just for those mods. I then did a 3.25 pulley and XDI +30 and keep it around E60. Now before someone says, "why didn't you go port", well this was back when DI fueling mods was cheaper than port". THP and Atlas didn't exist. Either way, Point is air inlet mods on a PD setup makes a significant difference!! Especially when you get 700whp + as previously mentioned.

Kooks headers with high Flow cats and 103 mm snout/throttle body and big gulp set to be installed August 6th. Also changing out pulleys. Quick question for anyone that is still following along. How does the banks data monster get the ethanol content from the car. I know it’s from the ECU but how accurate is it. I tested e85 at Kroger near my house and it was spot on e85, but the data monster is showing e71%. How are you guys getting a full e85 or am i just reading into it too much.

From my understanding andknowledge of the land after having had many conversations with folks who reside out there, Texas sees more diluted E85 compared to the yellow state. So the E71 reading you are getting is more likely to be accurate than the other way you were testing it.

In Arlington TX I get E70 at Racetrack but in Mansfield another 8 mile drive I get E 85 at Kroger. I Adjust the # of gallons at Racetrack E70 to make the mix to equal what I'm wanting such as 40%, 45% or 50%. Of course if you are trying to do E85 from E70 then you're sool lol.

Well after this last round of installs (kooks, BG, 103mm, pulley) final numbers are 900rwhp, and 800tq. Go to pick it up tomorrow. Super excited to finally be done with this portion of the build and ready to drive it.

So, 2650 with BG, 103, headers and ethanol for the win! These numbers make me very excited about finishing my car. Very, very nice, my friend!! Congrats!
