Do you know one personally that has had their cars smogged and passed with a modified ecu since that new regulation? Most here have newer cars and have not reached the point to smog yet.

I'm personally not concerned because I have other means, I'm just throwing it out there to educate folks on the possible hurdles. Many were not aware this was a "thing".
