I've learned in business - mistakes happen from time to time - it's utterly unavoidable. The most important thing to focus on is how quickly and satisfactorily the mistakes/issues get resolved. Yes. Please lets not read this as Wildhammer is bad. One-Offs happen. Whats important is customer service.
