Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think the lemon law only applies if a repair has already been done on the car… my car hasn’t been worked on yet since the part hasn’t arrived.

For some additional context i have been in contact with chevrolet/gm directly with customercare@chevrolet.com and have a case number, but that doesnt seem to have made the process any quicker.

Its already been a month so its not looking...

Its already been a month so its not looking bright at the moment. luckily the dealer gave a lender but its not fun to drive lol.. im at a loss as to what i can do on my end.
