Tick Coming from front wheels help out guys

so every time i take a decent turn and you know I'm turning a little harder then normal I hear a tick coming from the front wheels only when turning my car only has 9k miles on it anyone help me out...

i bought my 22 1SS 1LE from them and i had to talk down the markup they left it at 900$ markup but theres a lot of dealer fees i just went with it bc at the time i was paying less for a brand new 1LE...
