Question Chevy payment help because dealership has car for 11 days?

So my cars been at the dealership for 11 days. I'm paying $420 a month and so that's almost $220 for it to not even be in my possession. I track the location of my vehicle and I was told it's been worked on meanwhile it hasn't been turned off for 30 minutes and this is the location of it.. Chevy dealership is on the left building of ford. Why is it up here?? Probably a worker eating lunch. So I'm getting frustrated now and curious if it's possible for Chevy to help with this months payment. Also they've only touched it a couple days out of the entire 12 because I have things installed to notify me. Not sure I want to get corporate involved just yet while they still have it so they don't screw anything up but anyone know if Chevy will help with a payment? I should get it back tomorrow..but they've been saying that and let nine cars in front of mine the other day claiming they forgot to do something!! That's not my fault you forgot when I gave you a FULL printout of everything! And yes I have a rental car, but still. And you would think since they're paying $50 a day for the rental they wouldn't want to have my car sit for too long. I'm missing something.

Thanks. Miss my baby:(

Mine was at dealership for a week, and they put 60 miles on it for A/C duel climate control problem. Just got a mini dash cam and going to use it for next time it goes back, cause the A/C is messed up again. Just curious what goes on at some of these dealerships.

Doesn't qualify for lemon law yet; I mean I have tried 3 times to get exhaust fixed but that's everyone on here. And oh don't worry I have two dash cameras I'll get to see a little bit of what goes before the video overlaps which I'm sure it's done in 11 days.

Regional reps wont make a payment until it's out for about a month. Anything less they consider normal.

I am pretty sure they gave you a rental, so why would they pay your car note?

Mine was in the shop for a total of 22 days (not consecutive). After 3 months of BS, I finally got a check from the dealership covering 1 months payment. I would say 11 days isn't quit enough. If you get up in the 20's, you'll stand a better chance. I would also make sure you contact GM Customer Care and let them know what's going on.

I understand your frustration; they damaged my front fender when putting my car up on the lift to check a recall and have had it in the body shop for almost 3 weeks now. The first time they tried to give it back to me, they didn't fix the rocker panel... now I am waiting on the new rocker panel to come in because it's beyond repair. Why they didn't fix it right the first time is beyond me... and I asked for a similar loaner... no go, I can have a Spark or Equinox. If I had a similar loaner, I may not be so frustrated at the situation - I'd love for them to make a portion of my payment since they caused the damage.

Thank you George Moore Chevrolet!

The dealer had my car for 22 days straight and never thought about getting them to pay my note

If OP didn't, that's a bigger shame on the dealer.

But OP also probably didn't get a Camaro either if it was a loaner or rental.

When I had my Audi S4, my loaner was always equal or higher value and they made efforts to ensure that happened. But I only got another S4 once. Oh, and yes it was in the shop a LOT.

I have found out that most GPS locators aren't as accurate as you would think. Just the other day my wife was checking to see where our son was and his I phone location was one neighborhood away but he was two houses over talking to the neighbors.

Feel your pain, they've had mine for 2 weeks fixing various issues, I'm supposed to get it back Monday...we'll see
I was given a rental car, I wish I hadn't filled out the surveys so soon, I've only had it since July

They weren't gonna give me a loaner because they didn't have one but then finally they got one from Enterprise. 2016 Malibu. And my GPS locator has been dead accurate with coordinates so I'm sure that it was right. I've noticed Apple's isn't exact though. Seems like once we all get the initial issues out of the way from factory we should
Hopefully be good. I mean I only go with a list full of issues when I get my oil changes. 12,000 miles on it had it for almost 10 months nothing really wrong besides factory issues and recall so we'll see. Love the car and miss it more than I thought can't wait to get it back (hopefully today they said still no word back); if I hear one more person ask where my car is im gonna lose it lol. Thanks for the support everyone I share all your pain. Guess I won't bother trying to get compensated.
