1LE wheels on a base ZL1

Is there any issues, with 1LE on a base ZL1? I really want the wider tires in the rear.. and if anyone has a set Im looking to buy a set..I had 325 30 19 on my 2015 Z28 and loved the look...

There was a post on the forum that indicated that that the 1LE will not fit on the base ZL-1, because of the clearance issue associated to the mag ride shocks. A solution might be a spacer on the wheel! Do a search on the posts, I am sure you will be able to find it.

You will be fine on the street alignment. If you want to use the track alignment, guys are using the spacer. I'm running OEM z28 which are the same spec up front with no spacer.

Here's the thread for fitting ZL1-1LE wheels on the ZL1:
https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=500284

And here's the thread for modding the strut to get more camber out of a 1LE wheel setup... which shows a little more detail about grinding the strut. Doing a strut grind without enlarging the bolt holes will work for clearancing the wheels:

https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=526353

You'll probably want to run some rock guards...

They fit just fine. I have a set. With 100% OEM alignment, I had about 5mm of clearance to the strut, a grinder took care of that small issue but no other changes were needed.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say those wheels aren't 12" wide on the rear like the 1LE

I didn't grind anything but placed a 5mm spacer up front just to make certain with track camber nothing would hit. Rear fits perfectly...no spacer. 2018 ZLE wheels.
