wheel Bearings....can they be serviced
How do they get lubrication? Do they need to be repacked with grease if it's even possible?

From my experience on quite a few GM vehicles over the years, it's around 100k. I've seen mostly Timken units used on them and Timken gives their units around 100k service life as well. That being said, they'll last for however long they last; but around that mark if you have one go out, it's not a premature failure.

One of my rears went out at 40K. Took about four hrs to replace. Not that difficult.
