The offset on the front rims is slightly different, 5th gen +23mm & 6th gen +20mm. They won't rub, but the wheel swings through a slightly different arc so the handling is ever so slightly effected. Add a 3mm spacer and all is back to factory specs.
Rears are the same at +43mm

a local place here will fix all 4, refinish them (however polishing may be a tad more), in my case re-powdercoat, and ceramic coat them for $750, with lifetime warranty on their finish. This is dropping the car off, them unmounting, fixing rims, remounting tires and balancing, and replacing on car.

I had them do my 17 ss rims from silver to black, and I had them do my current 18 zl1 rims in matte bronze.

quality is outstanding, I'd have no issues doing it again.

Yes the fronts are 20mm not 23 so not exact same size like I mentioned. Don't know what I was thinking.

Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists is a huge company with locations all over the US, they will come to your house and dismount your wheels, take them to a location for repair and refinish and bring them back to you and mount again for $600 typically. You can't beat that price when you don't have to do any work yourself, no shipping fees either. I've used them on two occasions and the work they do typically looks pretty good. The finish may have a spec of dirt or sometimes but overall, they look very close to stock again, enough that most people would never notice without really close inspection and a good sets of eyes.

They are OEM and bought them from a Facebook user.

These seem to come and go on there but I hardly see any for sale on here.

Yes that's what I was thinking I really want a set for winter to run. I will keep an eye out!

I like the look.
If I buy a 2022 ZL1 I will swap to the gen5 5 spokes powder coated black.

They weight pretty much the same, if not a tad less than the stock 20" rims. Around 30.5 lbs without tires and I think the stock 20" are that or 31 lbs.

Can't help you with #1 but don't pay $700 for each rim. You can find it cheaper, way cheaper, on eBay or from other sources on the internet.

Here's for the spacers

https://www.motorsport-tech.com/adaptec/car/chevy_s

I have used this company for other cars and their spacers are top quality.. you can order them in black too.

Wildhorse is another place for 3mm hubcentric spacers. If it was me, I'd consider 5mm on fronts to push the wheels a tad bit further since even stock they're pretty sunken in compared to the rear.

I'm currently running 10mm front and 5mm rear and wheels are pretty close with being flush with the fenders.
