OEM pad part numbers for AC Delco

So I notice that there are two different options for our cars in front pads for AC Delco.

- One is Part number: 171-1192 GM PN: 23399101 this is indicated as standard AC Delco

- There is also part number: 17D1835M GM PN: 19389610 this one is indicated AC Delco Gold on GM parts websites

Does anyone have any idea if they are the same thing or is the ACD Gold legitimately aftermarket and does not bear any Brembo markings on the pads to indicate as such?

19389610 is not a relevant OE # for the Gen6 ZL1 according to my accurate OE GM parts lookup. As you mentioned it is an AC Delco Gold pad. From the pics of the Gold pad, it is not the same pad as it is atleast missing the slots. And I do not see the HP1000 stamping in the backing plate, but the pic is not super high quality. And the pad material looks different.

It is a lot less expensive than the OE pad, I can see the appeal to try. If you're not tracking it might be an acceptable pad.

The #23399101 (AC Delco 171-1192) is still the relevant OE pad for the typical ZL1 J6H applications.

And for the rear, FWIW, is still #89047744 (171-0882).

I did notice they looked different, but I wasn't sure either because you know they tend to use generic images on the internet so I was curious if anyone actually had any hands on experience from them. I guess they really are the somewhat el cheapo version of the pads though. I appreciate the insight brotha!

Rockauto and a GM parts site had the same images, both of which I have a higher confidence of an actual part image. But, for sure, the interwebs are not 100% accurate.
