2017 ss camaro humming noise

I have a humming noise around 8-17mph when you give gas it goes away. What can it be? Doesnt happen right away like when car is cold but when its a little warmed up It will. I also tested by putting the car in neutral while its doing it it stops but when i put back in drive it does it. So i used my scanner to test it and it does the sound when it the torque converter disengages and doesnt do the sound when its engaged. It has a new torque converter with i’d say about 5k miles now and a flush was done 5-6 months ago. Any suggestions? Ive attached a video clip.
