I finally went back to the scrap yard and found that the bracket the engine comes from is HINO (a Japanese truck manufacturer) the engine model is: A09C. At least that's what the guy said. I love this Rubber inside steel outside bracket, and the looks to me are way better than the plastic clips. And way more reliable. If I can only get the paint to adhere better..... It looks stock. And in fact, should have been what Chevrolet had done instead of all the ghetto looking plastic clips.

BTW, sorry I don't know how to update an original post or else I would have done just that.....
