Want new ZL1/1LE calipers

Can someone share the part numbers for the copper free BCD Front and rear Calipers in Red for ZL1/ 1LE 2022-2024

I have 2 different part numbers for both Front and rear
and am not sure which to get

Front Calipers
LH 84229190
RH 84229191

Rear Calipers
LH 84212289
RH 84212290

And also

Front Calipers
86791549
86791548

Rear Calipers
85113991
85113992

My ZL1 already has copper free in grey and would like the Red with the 1LE logo

I’d just get the ones you have now powder coated. It’s way cheaper than buying new calipers, and a good shop can add the 1LE logo so they’ll look just like the factory red ones.

Why do they have to be copper free? And I thought you sold that thing, glad you ended up keeping it!

I think it’s more about the brake pads, not the calipers. CA and WA require copper-free pads for environmental reasons, the calipers should be the same.

They were completely disassembled, coated, all new internals and new fluid. No video pretty straightforward if you are a mechanic.

Calipers are not the same. While the rears are spot on for the non BCD ZL1/ZLE rears, there is a change that warrants a new part #.

The biggest change with the BCD components is the much larger 398mm front rotor. The rear rotor is also visually similar to the rear non BCD ZL1 rotor but it also has a different part # due to a different coating.

It is not just a brake pad change.

There were leftover from production Gen6 calipers of various variants, ZLE included, on Ebay earlier this summer. BCD and non BCD.
Schram Auto. But their shipping practices suck bad. I had to return a couple due to shipping damage.

Copper free are larger brake rotors and thats what I have so the caliper is also larger

I did end up keeping it for now. when It sits there in the garage I want to sell it then I get behind the wheel and think NAW! I'll keep it for a while longer

I've been pricing it out between powder coating each caliper and then new seals it's not that much of a difference. It's a couple hundred bucks. Then I have the hassle of taking it to the place to powder coat waiting a couple days and then hoping they do it right. it just seems so easy to buy new ones.

i just need the right part numbers

Front right (passenger side) BCD caliper on one of the last 2024 SS1LE’s built.

It’s not a number on your list, so I’m not sure it’s helpful. I couldn’t get the front left. If you need it, I can pull the wheel and look.

That number doesn't come up with anything that I could find

Those #s are to ID an entire assembly during vehicle production.
