Question Would an Intake make more of a difference at altitude?

Other than a Borla axle-back, my car is totally stock. I live at about 4000' elevation and was wondering if an intake, like a Roto-fab, would make a bigger difference here than at sea-level? My thinking is that maybe it will help the engine breathe better in the thinner air. I know they don't add much power alone, but do you think it would be a worthwhile modification?

It will sound different. It will drive the same.
The shape of the intake won't change the effects of Atmospheric pressure.
Running e85 would probably be the most effective simple mod to do. Ideally you need to go to forced induction.

Figured as much. How much hp does an intake add to a stock Camaro, 10-15 hp? As long as it doesn't cost me power or cause driveability issues, I may add one to the wish list.
