BTR Trinity Mid Length Manifold Dyno Results

2021 LT1 10 Speed
BTR Trinity Mid Length IM
SE 1 7/8 Headers
103mm TB
Rotofab
Flex Fuel - was about 81% E content

Done on a hub dyno around mid 70 degree weather
457.9 whp / 430.8 tq

did not lose any low end either, both me and my tuner we're actually suprised with how much power it made and how much power it kept through out all the rpms

I thought HUD Dynos are higher than Dynojet? Who knows how they are setup.

Very nice numbers! Do you have a baseline number or graph?

The second photo was the first time I got tuned back in april and all I had done was LT2 IM and flex fuel and that was with timing and fuel added because I was running lean so baseline probably sat at 370-380, i peaked 420whp with just the LT2/E setup as well.

Negative. Dynojet uses an inertia drum and is not load bearing so the Dynojet numbers are typically the highest. Load bearing (like a Mustang Dyno)typically read the lowest and hub dynos are usually somewhere in the middle (since they aren’t losing power to tire slip).

The setup sounds great! Looks like hp stays relatively flat to 6500 rpm, but it's hard to tell from pics.

Generally speaking, has the BTR trinity mid-length IM had much testing?

I wonder how the setup would respond to a mild cam, e g., BTR 220, with valvetrain upgrade. Perhaps 7500 rpm?

Nice comparison between short and mid runners.

Do you have a screenshot of the baseline?

This is why I don't trust Dynocom numbers at all. Edit - this is the same shop FYR Solutions, in Las Vegas, and for the above post and the Facebook link. You can look at the car above (in the link) on Facebook running a 12.8 at the track.

That power band looks awesome!

Patiently waiting for someone to try this manifold with a cam. Upgraded valvetrain and worked head would also be a good data point.

Yes, It's the same car and Dyno. The dyno calibration of the facebook post is off, I AGREE, super inflated numbers. At the time, the car had only CAI and Headers on 91 pump gas.

the 12.8 at The Strip in Las Vegas, no prep, with stock run flats in July with 5578 ft DA. A stock camaro SS run mid 13's all day long.
You can check how some other cars were running that day: https://youtu.be/M5jB_BOPE-s?si=IBykfOPWiQn_ZYcC

https://airdensityonline.com/track-r...otor_Speedway/

Today, I will take it to the same track, forecasted DA 3652 ft.
BTR, E85 pump, and ET Streets SS. I'm hoping 12.0, possibly 11.9.

The BTR definetely moved the HP higher on the RPM for sure.

I will post what happened after tonight.
