Clutch engagement issue.

So my car has done this since I've owned it. sitting at rest when i hold the clutch to the floor and move the shifter to 1st i can feel the pinion take up the slack in the ring gear. At first i was thinking the clutch line had air in it, so i blead out but it still did the same thing. Then i was thinking maybe the disc was just new and it just couldn't fully disengage from the pressure plate/flywheel.
It isn't bad enough to cause lurching or shift problems. I just happen to notice it going into gear from neutral at a stop. I dont have a floormat and the pedal seems to go to its travel length correctly.
I had a 6 speed gto and a 6 speed trans am and never noticed that so i didn't know if it was a difference between the tr6060 vs t56 or if something is actually wrong with the slave cylinder.
Anyone else ever notice that?
