Anti-theft device advice
I am about to live in Dallas for my MBA (about 1 year),will install a kill switch, adding 2 - 4 wheel locks, 2 steering wheel locks, OBD2 Blockers, and tracking device protect me from theft?

I find Mobilistics a pretty easy workaround, so it is just an added step and NOT a primary device.
I am not going to post it here, but think about it and you should understand. |

Wheel locks are the worst thing you can add. Thugs are known to f up your car pretty bad if you have wheel locks and they can’t get them off. Better to let them steal them and file a claim for new wheels than have to repaint the whole car, replace windows, and who knows what else they might do.
Thugs suck.

Buy a second car, store the Camaro, sell the second car when you leave DFW area and get the Camaro out of storage.

change the front bumper and hood, buy some used ones and dont even paint them the same color. change all the emblems to RS or 2.0t. something that would make it much less desirable. partially plastidip the wheels to make them look damaged. if it looks like shit then why would a thief waste his time with it.
