Broke through while elongating holes on 95mm TB. JB weld?

I was already on the fence about getting a ported 95 or a 103, and now while elongating the bolt holes I punched through. Anyone do this and fixed it?

By punched through, I am assuming you mean pulled the elongation out so far it broke through the edge of the casting? And only on a single hole? Pictures might help for suggestions, but just off imagination I would suggest if you aren't adept at welding try taking it to a machine shop and have them put the metal back. While you're there, give them the dimensions needed for the holes, and they can set it up for you. I think this method cuts the least corners and saves you the most time/headache. Not the cheapest method, but it will make it right.

The most cost effective might be just ordering a new TB, or the TB you want that is already set up for you, if the above repair method might cost you similar or more.
