Vibration between 40-60mph, assume driveline

I've developed a vibration between 40-60mph that worsens under load on my 2023 SS with the A10. At 50k mi now, and I've had trans fluid and diff fluid replaced. Vibration goes away when shifting to neutral and is present regardless of what gear i'm in (experimented with manual mode for a while). Also had the tires re-balanced as well as swapped to winter wheel/tires for a quick test to rule out tires as the source. Fuel econ has remained the same (averaging 24-25 mph with an average speed in the 40's), so I'm not seeing added rolling resistance.

My next suspect is the driveshaft, either bearings or u-joints. Rear diff is also a possibility. Since drivetrain is still under warranty, it's going to the dealer tomorrow.

I'll report back with the resolution. Figured I'd share for anyone else that experiences the issue.

Well, if it was a 4th gen, it would be an easy diagnosis - replace the driveshaft with aluminum. Not so easy on the 6th.

Update #1: Dealer found that there was a bolt missing on the driveshaft assembly. They ordered the bolt and expect it today. Will hear more once they add it and test. Obviously, that would cause a vibration like i've experienced and it's also concerning.

Recall that the dealer likely removed and replaced driveline bolts when swapping engines.

Keep documentation, who knows what else may be missing if they forgot a driveshaft bolt…

Dealer replaced all 3 bolts (1 of 3 was missing), checked all others, no charge. Vibration issue solved.

It worked its way out... which is more concerning. It's been 30k mi. since the engine replacement. Vibration started a few weeks ago.
