2016 Huron Twin Turbo Kit
Finally got the new set up on the dyno today. Had the trans tuned as well. Running on gates (5psi) whp was only 600, dyno was done in 4th gear. Fuel system already maxing out on full E. I’ll be contacting dsx tuning for a fuel system and gpi for forged drop in kit soon. For now, car feels much quicker than hp rating. Boost builds instantly. Very addicting.

Forced induction with E wipes out the fuel system instantly. If you think you’re going to go for big power you should go right to port injection now lol

Your build is just getting started.... addicting, indeed. Once you have more fuel, more boost is on tap. Then, when forged, bump boost more, then more, then even more. I'm already feeling bad for you. So much more potential for power with twins.

Nothing compares to the exhaust sound on a turbo! Congrats!

Thanks. It was a lot of work but it’s paying off. I am going to do the atlas with port injection from dsx. For now, I am ordering the low side aux fuel pump kit tomorrow then retune for maybe 8-9psi. We were commanding 73psi and it was dropping to 43psi at the end of the runs. It made about 15whp more with 1 more degree of timing but injectors were close maxing out. It isn’t worth it to push the plastic pistons and rubber rods lol. I figured running off gates would not tax the fuel system that much but it absolutely did. It’s been raining but I can say it sounded insane on the way home from Lethal yesterday. Even with windows up and ac blasting the sounds this thing makes is glorious.

Take a look at the TooHighPSI setup. Super slick, does not require OS upgrades to your ECM, and virtually every tuner knows how to tune. I’m doing that install now and it’s 3 wires that are already pre-pinned and ready to slide into your factory harness. Zero cutting. Nearly 40% cheaper and Mike Sitar is so great to work with.

I saw that unit from toohighpsi but my tuner says the atlas is far superior and it can integrated via hp tuners. I ordered the low side aux pump kit with the gsl96 320lph pump today. You guys think that will be enough or should I also go to lt4 injectors and hpfp? I do have a tsp stage one cam with 30% lobe. Again I am going to go with a secondary rail injection later this year after I forge the bottom end. I’d like to run 7-9psi until then. Maybe be in the 650whp range. According the tuner, the high pressure side was dropping just a little. The low side dropped by almost half the commanded pressure. Thanks

The LT4 fuel system will get you another 100whp of fuel system headroom but why spend all that money and still limit yourself when you can go Port Injection and have all the fuel system you will need to 1000whp. If you were going to be content with another 100whp then ok I could see doing the LT4 fueling, but if your planning on turning it up just go to Port Injection now or get XDI +50's and a Goliath HPFP if you want to stay DI only.

If you doing an aux setup, I suggest doing the smg dual pump. I just reached the limit of the dsx aux single pump kit with my twin turbo build. Buy once cry once.
