Tightening loose oil pan bolts

I mentioned on my previous post that my oil pan was leaking, and the dealer says it’s the gasket. A lot of people said the bolts are probably loose. I’m just wondering is it possible to tighten them properly without removing anything components, and if not, what do I have to remove.

On my 17' ZL1, my shop guy who was a previous GM tech (started his own business) was replacing my oil pump and found that the oil pan bolts were loose. I asked if the pan was off before and he said no. I had an oil leak that I didn't even know about because there was never any other spot on the ground.

My LT1 needed tightened on the few bolts that are exposed there that you can see on the oli filter side of things on the L side, stopped my leaking. I had 3-4 bolts that were loose. That was all mine needed to stop dripping.
