I’m wondering why only through 2022, what changed in 23?

The issue is isolated to the 2019-2022 model years because GM altered manufacturing parts during 2021 and 2022. Specifically, a new transmission control software was installed on 2023 model year Camaros and 2022 model year CT4 and CT5 units. Cadillac CT6 models were retrofitted with the software as early as 2021.

As I pointed out on the other thread, all of the things stated in the recall I experienced in my 2018 ZL1. So I suspect GM may have left off a model year or two here. Just my two cents
