what would I need fuelingwise to reach 800whp on full E85 with this build?

Im FBO ported oem Heads and a 225 cam with 32% fuel lobe.

I plan on getting the ESC Supercharger kit with 10lbs of boost and TSP forged rods and pistons.

I was trying to figure out what exactly I would need to upgrade fueling wise to be able to run full E85 and get to 800whp. I planned on just getting Lt4 injectors and LT4 hpfp but Im not sure if the LT4 system could handle that.
