Honest question, I realize those are drag radials, but do 305's get 1,000 RWHP to the ground effectively? I was expecting to see at least 345's... But I'm way out of my wheelhouse, so I don't know...

Left: My "fun" ride (455 HP). Right: My "work" ride (52,000 HP): a Gulfstream G600. One's top speed is 180 Mph, the other, 620 Mph. BOTH AWESOME to operate...

They do work very well for this vehicle. I’ve had 345’s on the car before when it had a F1A pro-charger setup and they did well but with more instant torque the Magnuson makes. I definitely needed more sidewall so that was the reason for the switch to 17’s and 305’s.

Tire compound, sidewall, and overall height > tire width

Hey GulfZL1, can you give me some details and/or pictures on how to install a MM catch can to your Magnuson? I have an SS with a Magnuson, but I don't see how I can install a MM "wild" catch can. I also can't find anything on youtube or on these forums.

Thanks

He hasn't been on the site since the end of December. You probably won't get a response from him

You’ll have the big hose coming from the oil fill adapter that MM provides. The small hose goes to a vacuum port (by the throttle body on my Whipple). It will definitely be something that’s always in vacuum (not after the rotor pack, in other words).

Thanks 99, I'll take some pics and get your opinion on which 1 is the vacuum. I think it's one behind the TB, on the snout of the Maggie.
