I think I torched my throw out bearing

Ive got a Max effort 416, Hiram, all the bells and whistles, with a Monster Tripble disc clutch. Set-up has 2100 miles on it. I went for a drive on Saturday to practice some launching. I reved up to 3200rpms and slipped the clutch to control spin, Engine bogged at first, then took off. I ran it all the way to the end of 4th gear, but when I started slowing down, it sounds like rocks spinning in the Throw out bearing. At a stop light, in neutral the sound slows and goes away, then comes back as soon as i start moving. I think its torched
