Tried to enter a service record today for the oil change I just did, and found out, again, what a giant embarrassment this website still is. From login issues to account linking problems (I have a gm rewards credit card), screen layout weirdnesses and a generally subpar design, I thought I'd seen it all from them, but boy, was I mistaken.

Look at all the errors in this screenshot, one can't even enter what was done in the "service performed" section, because the page doesn't load properly, you can't select the type(s) of service for some reason. The Save button can be pressed, but does nothing.

I remember having issues last time, too, but disabling my plugins solved it back then. Well, not anymore, I tried various browsers, no plugins, no filters, no nothing, same issue even on vanilla Chrome. There is no way for me to maintain my service history in the site, because it just doesn't work in any software configuration I tried---Linux, Windows, Android, Firefox, Chrome, plugins, no plugins, doesn't matter.

I'll obviously find a different method to keep track of my service history (already exported everything out of this site), but how can a company be taken seriously if they can't even produce a functioning form in a trivial website IN ANNO DOMINI 2024?

I'm a backend developer for the most part, only touching React.js and its frontend kinfolk when I must, but even then if I produced frontend trash like this, I'd be out of a job very, very quickly. Zero attention to detail, the site has never worked 100% fine since I created an account in 2017 or so.

Hey I ddin't know this was a thing. I do my own oil changes and keep documentation. Can you upload them as DIY there?

That's probably not mantained anymore. I doubt you can get away with not fixing it.
I think front end engineering has been subject to cost cutting and outsourcing so much that they basically obliterated it.
