ZL1 T-Map issue

Hi, i have a bad running car and the Tmap seems to be reading incorrectly. I have tried a new sensor and new connector pigtail with no luck. Temp is fine, pressure isnt. It reads around 30 with engine off.

Could someone read the tmap voltage with the car off and let me know please? It would help diagnose the problem.

I thought I might have pulled on wiring harness when swapping the blower, bit now have no idea.
