clattering/rattle noises from below the car at low rpm and while standing

Hy folks,

i hope the title isnīt to confusing. If it is, i apologize. Sadly, english isnīt my native language and i havenīt found better words to describe my issue...

I own a 2018 Camaro 6.2, the europe version which comes with the flap exhaust system and manual gearbox.

For a while now i am having an issue with clattering from below the car which is, as far as i can say, somehow related to the exhaust system.
When driving at low RPM, for example between 1000...1200 rpm, there is a clatting sound from below the car which sounds like a rattling loose metal plate or something.
You can also hear it while staying next to a wall and step a bit on the gas.
Especially if youīve been driving for a while and everything has heated up.

I know there are known issues with the exhaust valve actuator but this has already been checked and thats not the cause.

Have you ever heard of such an issue and have an idea what i can check because for now, i was unable to find the cause... everything seems to be fine.

My local Chevi dealership couldnt help me so far thats why i try to ask you guys for some help. Maybe you can gicve me a hint which i can forward to them.

Thanks in advance and best regards :-)

My car does it because it is an automatic car and it is the AFM valves rattling. It is not your NPP valves on the mufflers And as stated it is hard to diagnose without a video. I could be wrong.

Hard to guess without being able to see/hear it. Take a video of it and include a link here, if you can.

I assume you have aftermarket (mid pipe) or in my case X-Pipe installed.

On my car when I did this, the X-Pipe settled after install and would rattle against the cross member brace. It would sound like a metallic rattle, clattering of pipes. For me it did it at certain rpm's and light throttle applications, but did not happen at idle for me.

This brace can be shimmied so the rattle no longer occurs.

I haven't had the issue since. It sounds like the same issue I had.
