Since I don't do any road course I'm considering converting my aero to ZL1. Has anyone seen a video on such a project? Does the ZL1 wing attach in the same locations?

It was available and I thought I would track it more than I have or will. Do you know if the wing mount is the same?

I found a video where a guy swapped wings, removed canards, and said he could feel the difference. The ZL1 wing bolts into the same holes. He did not say how he filled the canards holes.

I'm sure you could find someone with a ZL1 to swap the whole deck lid in your body color. throw some ads up .

Two guys swapped out the 1LE wing in 45 min. or so. Matching a four-year-old paint, maybe one car is garaged and the other not, could be tough.

No, this is an SS replacement spoiler. The stock ZL1 spoiler is wider and more aggressive.

They probably do have a ZL1 replacement, I saw a matte black and an unfinished piece in their "highlight reel", but the website is a total mess, the links didn't work on my browser because they deeplink through some nasty 3rd party tracking feature, so I couldn't verify... switching to aftermarket body parts is already risky, and I wouldn't purchase from a vendor that can't put a decent site together---after all, that's a trivial job these days, making a component that has 100% fitment and quality while much less expensive than OEM is the hard one.

Same reason some buy an SS 1LE and don’t track it, last one in the lot in my case. Plus I prefer straight line, but it’s extremely fun on the street. A lot of people probably never touch a track in their life but doesn’t mean they can’t buy one. I bet you a lot of super cars never touch a track with the wealth folks.

No, even though they say "ZL1 style", unfortunately this is another SS spec spoiler, this time a very expensive carbon fiber one. Let me get some comparison shots for you to know what to look for.

Okay, here's a comparison. The blue car has the SS spoiler and the black one has the ZL1 spoiler.

Although the ZL1 spoiler uses the same three stanchion and six bolt locations, it has more angular lines that match the car better, and is at least 2 inches wider on each side, it extends well beyond the quarter panels. Naturally, it provides more downforce, too.
