Good move on GM. They’re going to share overhead expenses with Dan Gilbert’s company (who oh by the way owns my Cavs and has done tremendous investment in Cleveland over the last 15+ years he’s owned them - we love him in Cleveland) in a smaller building and then lease out their space in the RenCen.
