Has anyone ever pressure tested the cooling system on these cars? I tried to do it but no luck. It wouldnt hold pressure because it keeps blowing off on the bottom chamber.

How much pressure? The cap on the upper chamber of the overflow tank has a pressure limit. Then it releases the pressure to the lower chamber. When the engine cools it creates a vacuum that draws coolant up from the lower chamber.
