What pressure do you run in your DR’s?

Been experimenting and 15.5 was certainly too low but 17-18 seemed good for the qtr but had to bump that up to at least 20psi for the 1/2 mile or car wanted to move the back end around too much, Running MT’s 17’s.

Not sure what size DRs you’re running, but I ended up having to air up my 325/50/15. Got way too loose at the top end in the 16-17 pound range, now I run 20-21.

drag radials generally like to be in the 20-23psi range. You are down in bias ply slicks territory.

I run 16.5lbs in my Hoosier drag bracket radials, these are 17 inch 28-10.5 tire.

The 15 inch I just installed I am gonna try and start higher and see how it goes, 18-19?

The higher the better, as long as it hooks of course.

21 cold is where I start the day and adjust up or down based on conditions.

Generally the heavier the car the higher pressure needed. The better the surface the more pressure you can run. I run 17-17.5 psi in my racecar which is 3000lbs. I run 19-20psi in my 6th gen. Run a touch less if it’s a not so great surface.
