New 2018 ZL1 (A10) owner! Ive owned 2 5th gens in the past. On my ZL1s key fob there is no remote start button. Searching around it seems remote start is a pretty standard feature for ZL1s. New car didn't come with owners manual either so maybe I'm just missing something. Does anyone know if remote start isn't a standard option?

I thought this was a standard feature on ZL1... Post a pic of the fob.

Sounds to me like you probably got keys for the car that don't have the right fob.

sounds like an aftermarket FOB that was coded to your car.

Looks just like mine but where the lock door button is I have the remote start button. Lock and unlock are both on the top row..........

The correct remote should look like this. I would absolutely be talking with a dealership about having the car checked because this would be an easy way for them to "steal" it.

Yes - get that emergency key cut to the car. You don't want to find yourself stranded, and not have the option to use that key.
