Lift Pads
I have a set of the aluminum lift pads that are secured by set-screws. Plan to use them for the first time, to remove wheels to take to tire shop for new tires. I want to avoid any possible "lifting damage" by the tire shop. That said, my question is; does anyone use thread locker (blue) on the set screws?

Yes, it’s a good idea if you plan on leaving them semi permanent

Yes, I used blue thread locker. I just had an exhaust installed and had them use the new pads. They worked great… definitely a good move to install them.
