Wtf? Sound tube? Lol

I thought the hose going to the intake tube was (without looking closer) was an air pump intake tube. It’s a tube that pumps intake noise into the cabin? Weird! is it only on cars without the two mode exhaust?

It is on all 1SS, regardless of exhaust, mine has NPP and sound tube

If you do not want to change you intake system. We offer a Sound Tube Delete Kit.

yeah, just ordered one. even if I did replace the intake. I like the factory style bolt down plug over a rubber plug on the firewall.
Probably going to get a airraid JR tube. Keep the factory air box.
