Chevy drops more options for 2024. Will you be able to get what you really want?

In addition to other options and packages already eliminated, Chevrolet has dropped the SG3 Lowering Suspension and the SC1 Sway Bar Suspension Upgrade Systems. This thinning of the parts inventory likely will continue, as Chevy works to ensure the painful death of the Camaro in the hearts of its supporters. My 2SS order probably just died.

The new Mustang is starting to look more interesting…

The lowering suspension was dealer installed, so any quality aftermarket suspension will probably be as good or better……and for similar or less money. I wouldn’t let a dealer installed suspension change your mind. I’m not sure about the sway bar upgrade, but if that was also dealer installed, don’t sweat that.

You know, when you put 'Nut' in there you're kind of setting yourself up . . .

I fixed the list and, well, I am from Maryland - so there is that, no?

Yes those two have been gone for a couple months already, In additon to the side skirts package and forged wheels. I ordered a 23 LT1 couple months back with all four of those boxes checked and they were kicked out- still waiting to be accepted who knows if it gets built. Think they are going to build out all the high dollar models until the parts bins are empty and call it a day. Many folks will be left standing at the alter on their builds IMO, if you though 23 was tough..

The suspension parts and sway bars were discontinued for late-run 2023s, but they returned for the 2024 Order Guide.

I feel you pain. Despite what Fran said we know who the tools are, the dickless wonders running GM.

Probably just forgot to to take them out, too focused on EV's. I'll find out if my 23 doesn't get picked up and have to order a 24.
