OEM spoiler after the fact

Hi guys, will be ordering a new '24 V6 soon. Wondering about the spoilers of the OEM variety.

Are any of them installed from the factory with just like double sided 3M tape?

If I order a new car without a spoiler, of course the trunk lid will not have any holes drilled. I assume some of the spoilers will have to have holes drilled. Are the hole locations standard for all spoiler options, so at least if I order any spoiler I can change it later with another without the scary process of having to drill holes into my car?

It would be great to know what my options are down the line if I order a car with/without a spoiler.

Thanks!

All 6th gen OEM spoilers are held on by bolts and double sided tape. There’s two different hole patterns.

RS/1LE spoiler share the same holes

SS/ZL1/ZLE share the same holes

These two options do not share the same holes with each other. I’d say the double sided tape is there but the bolts are the thing that hold the spoiler on really

Ya, I have to buy a new trunk to get a non-blade style spoiler. It limits my options for future changes.

He has a 1LE which has the blade spoiler, it’s in the first category with the RS lip spoiler sharing the same holes

Ok, does this spoiler (deck-lid mounted rear lip spoiler):

Share the same holes as this spoiler (rear wing spoiler in carbon flash metallic)?

Thanks!
