This is the first time I've seen this low side pump mentioned, but I have wondered why there wasn't a product like this out there since I started researching the 6th gen ZL1's 4 years ago prior to purchasing. This looks like it would work for my needs and is much cleaner than the external aux pumps.

FYI, there is another similar product called the Frankenpump if i remember correctly. Also, an employee of the Katech has spoken about a new product that is supposed to be coming to market very soon which is supposed to be better than all currently available. Take that for what its worth.

Is the low side the place where fuel drops out 1st? Assuming it is, with all the fuel it can take, where does the high side start to be the limitation?

I am told that the high side drops first...

I am officially out of injector at 730rwhp running 12 pounds of boost and E33... Even with a 32% fuel lobe cam, im told the HPFP would be next... then the low side last... as i currently have a JMS booster.

I think injectors will add another 30rwhp

HPFP maybe 20-30... then loadside would give me about 50 more rwhp...

Personally Totally against Voltage Boosters.
Pump is the proper way to go.
I like that pump from SMG.

Our set up will keep the bucket functioning 100% as the OEM intended as well as support higher low side fuel pressures.

There is nothing on the market currently that achieves both of those things.

It will be worth the wait.

Fuel system components do not add power, they "support" more power.

First thing that drops is low side. Jms boost will help extend the high side. Then high side pump runs out next with stock cam, with a 32% lobe then you run out of injector.

XDI +30, LPE DI pump, SMG tank pump should support around 800whp in E80, and probably around 900whp on E60. If you want Full E above 850whp then you need +65 injectors.

At current prices on DI fuel system components Port Injection is a more affordable solution but adds complexity far as tuning.

That being said, I would expect your setup to go a little further.

I have LT4 injector/HPFP setups supporting 780whp on E50. Tuning makes a big difference on these fuel systems. SOI/ commanded rail pressure/ and target AFR plays a huge roll in maximizing fuel system capacity.

Any idea when is it going to be released?

I’ve never had one til this car. It actually works really good with the direct injection

King beat me to the punch. Getting the low side rock solid is priority number one since that is needed to support either upgrade: big DI or added port injection.

No disrespect, especially since I've been waiting to see the new lowside you guys are gonna offer, and I'm running one of your oil pumps. But doesn't the smg big boy pump and ogsolutions frankenpump both retain factory bucket and oe functions, are direct plug and play drop in, and pushes over 400 lph at 70 psi supporting over 900whp supposedly with proper modifications?
Or did I misinterpret your response?

No disrespect taken. We have inspected and tested most pumps on the market.

The SMG bucket is modified and is not sealed like stock. You lose low fuel level performance. That pump stops flowing at LT4 lowside fuel pressures. It's designed to run at 50psi per their website. It WILL limit how far you can take the high side when running at only 50psi.
