315/35R17
Anyone ever run 315/35R17?
Any issues? I feel like they will look weird in the wheel well being so short. |

Much better off with 305/45/17 if you’re doing a drag pack. Taller sidewall is more important than the 315 width.

Mixed reviews and opinions. Most say on a manual car (I have a manual) it is better to run the 26 diameter tires vs the 28 diameter tires. As long as I’m not making crazy power. My car dyno’d at 450 rwhp and 478 torque. With this being said I’m looking for more of an answer from a person with personal experience with the 315/35/R17 tires and maybe a switch to the 305/45R17 (I know that’s a lot im asking for). Assuming you don’t have this experience and are just speaking off your build which I would assume has the 305/45R17 on them. (Let me know if my assumptions are wrong, dearest apologies). I would like NOT to be the Guinea pig on this test but if I must then I must #MONEYWASTEDFORSCIENCE |
